Yogurt Fruit Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces vanilla yogurt or other flavors, or cream cheese
  • ¼ cup brown sugar or other sweeteners such as honey
  • ¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract or alternatives like mexican vanilla
  • 1 pinch salt to taste
  • 1 sprinkle cinnamon for garnish, if desired
  • assorted fresh fruit optional, for serving

Instructions
 

  • Add 8 ounces vanilla yogurt to a bowl with ¼ cup brown sugar, ¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract, and 1 pinch salt. Mix together until fully combined.

  • Give the dip a taste and adjust flavors as desired. Store in refrigerator for 3-4 hours to develop the flavor and allow the yogurt dip to thicken up. Serve with 1 sprinkle cinnamon and assorted fresh fruit, and enjoy!
