Air Fryer Basket Model Instructions

  • Place unsalted butter in a heat-safe dish. Air fry at 400°F for 2 minutes to melt the butter.
    1 Tablespoon butter
  • While the butter melts, whisk eggs in a medium bowl. Season the egg mixture with salt and pepper.
2 large eggs, ¼ teaspoon kosher salt, ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
  • When the butter is melted, open the air fryer basket and carefully pour the whisked eggs into the heat safe dish with the butter. Close the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry at 300°F for 8 minutes. Halfway through the cook time, gently stir the eggs with a silicone spatula.
  • After 8 minutes is up, stir eggs to ensure doneness. If necessary, add another minute at a time until the eggs are cooked to your liking.
  • Top with shredded cheese, if desired, and close the air fryer basket. No need to turn the air fryer on: the residual heat should melt the cheese.
    1-2 Tablespoons shredded cheese
  • Once the cheese is melted, carefully remove the hot dish and transfer your fluffy scrambled eggs to a serving plate. Garnish with chopped chives, and enjoy!

Air Fryer Tray Model Instructions

  • Place butter in an oven-safe dish and place the dish on the air fryer tray.
  • Turn the dial to the air fryer function. Set the temperature for 300°F and the time for 8 minutes. The butter will melt while the oven preheats.
  • While the butter melts, whisk eggs in a medium bowl. Season with salt and black pepper.
  • Once the butter is melted, carefully pour the egg mixture into the heat-safe dish with the butter. Close the oven door.
  • Halfway through the cooktime, stir the eggs with a silicone spatula.
  • Stir again once cooking to ensure doneness. If necessary, add another minute at a time until the eggs are cooked to your liking.
  • Top with shredded cheese, if desired, and close the air fryer door. No need to turn the air fryer on: the residual heat should melt the cheese.
  • Once the cheese is melted, carefully remove the hot dish and transfer your fluffy scrambled eggs to a serving plate. Garnish with chopped chives, and enjoy!
