Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 10-12 bread & butter pickle chips chopped (about 3 tablespoons)
  • Tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 Tablespoon pickle juice from bread & butter pickle jar
  • ½ Tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients into a medium bowl and whisk to combine.
    ½ cup mayonnaise, 10-12 bread & butter pickle chips, 1½ Tablespoons ketchup, 1 Tablespoon pickle juice, ½ Tablespoon yellow mustard, 1 teaspoon white vinegar, ½ teaspoon onion powder, ½ teaspoon paprika, ¼ teaspoon garlic powder, ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • Refrigerate several hours or overnight before using for best results. Enjoy!

Notes

  • This recipe yields ¾ cup. The generated nutrition is for ¼ cup big mac sauce.
  • Use real mayonnaise. Miracle Whip will be too sweet, as will low fat and/or fat free mayonnaise.
  • We prefer bread and butter chips for this recipe over sweet pickle relish, as we feel it has a more authentic flavor when using bread and butter chips.
  • Be sure to measure everything as specified in the recipe, then mix it together and let it chill. Once chilled, give it a taste and adjust the seasonings to your liking. This gives the flavors time to meld together and develop.
