Sriracha Aioli¼ mayo with about 1 teaspoon or more of sriracha
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
Once preheated, spray the air fryer basket with oil. Use a pure oil like avocado oil.
Oil spray
Carefully place frozen patties into the preheated air fryer basket in a single layer. Spray each patty with oil spray.
Air fry at 375°F for 9 minutes. Season the turkey burgers with half of your chili rub seasoning before flipping. Season the opposite side with the remaining seasoning, then close the air fryer and air fryer for another 9 minutes or until the burgers reach an internal temperature of 165°F as read by an instant read meat thermometer.
Top each patty with a slice of cheddar cheese. Close the air fryer basket for 1 minute, but do not turn it back on. The cheese will melt from the heat.

Remove the burgers from the air fryer and set aside.
Place buns in the air fryer basket with the inside of the bun facing up. Air fry at 400°F for 1 minute or until toasted to your liking.
To assemble, place a turkey burger patty on each bottom bun and add any toppings you prefer. Serve, and enjoy!

Notes
Cook from frozen – do not thaw first. You should air fry these patties straight out of the freezer.
Make sure to check the nutrition of your own turkey burger patties for an accurate reading.
You can use any brand of frozen chicken patties you prefer. For example, Trader Joe's turkey burgers are a great choice.
You can also use homemade turkey burger patties you have frozen.
Cook time may vary depending on your specific air fryer model and size. You may need to adjust the timing according to your model. Make sure the internal temperature reaches 165°F internally - this is the safe temperature for ground turkey.
Recipe time and temperature is based on a preheated air fryer.
