Notes
Cook pork chops to an internal temperature of 140°F, then rest for 5-10 minutes for perfectly tender chops.
Slightly pink inside at 145°F when serving is safe and delicious.
Use a single layer to allow air circulation; avoid overcrowding the air fryer.
Adjust total time based on chop thickness; 1½-inch chops take 10 minutes at step 3.
Avoid very thin pork chops; they overcook and won't brown.
Use an oil sprayer with preferred oil; avoid pressurized cooking sprays with additives.
Adjust cook time for your specific air fryer model and size.
Preheat the air fryer; check on multiple batches early if cooking more.
Set a timer for turning the pork chops over if your air fryer doesn't remind you.
