In a large mixing bowl, combine 6 ounces seasoned bread cubes with 1½ cups chicken broth and 2 Tablespoons unsalted butter (melted). Mix well to ensure all the bread cubes are coated and let sit about 5 minutes until they soften.
Add ⅓ cup onion, ⅓ cup celery, and 1 teaspoon turkey rub seasoning. Mix well to combine.
Transfer stuffing to a heatproof, oven-safe dish that fits in your air fryer. We are using a 5.5 by 8-inch rectangular pan that fits in our 7 quart air fryer.
Place the dish with the stuffing into the air fryer basket and air fry at 350°F for 12-15 minutes. Stuffing is done when it is a deep golden brown color and the bread cubes are slightly crispy but still moist. Continue cooking as needed to achieve desired color and texture.
Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with finely chopped parsley. Serve and enjoy!

Notes
Look for bread cubes. Bread cubes are similar to croutons.
Do not use bread crumbs.
We like to use seasoned bread cubes, but plain bread cubes work too, as we are adding seasoning.
You can also use a 6 ounce box of Stove Top Stuffing if you like. It will have just the right amount of bread cubes, and you can choose the type of seasoning you prefer. We still recommend adding the extra seasoning called for in the recipe for maximum flavor.
You could also use fresh bread you cube yourself. You will need to toss with a little oil and turkey seasoning, then air fry the bread cubes at 350°F for about 2-3 minutes until crisp. Similar to the air fryer croutons we make for our Big Mac Salad recipe!
