Notes
Cook in a single layer to allow airflow around the pork chops.
Cook time may vary depending on the thickness of your pork chops. This recipe uses 1½ inch pork chops. If your pork chops are thinner, check the internal temperature earlier than the specified time.
We don't recommend air frying pork chops thinner than 1 inch as they can overcook very easily.
Use an oil sprayer with your preferred oil. Avoid using pressurized cooking sprays, as they can damage the air fryer's surface. Learn more: Air Frying Oils
Recipe time and temperature are based on a preheated air fryer. If cooking in multiple batches, check the remaining batches early, as they might cook more quickly.
Air fryer models vary, so yours may require slightly more or less time to cook.
Remember to set your timer if your air fryer doesn’t have a reminder to turn the pork chops halfway through cooking.
Use tongs to reach into the hot air fryer basket to prevent burns.
