Instructions
Cut 2 peaches in half and remove the pits.
Place 1 tablespoon butter, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, ¼ teaspoon cinnamon and a pinch of salt in a microwave safe dish and heat on high for about 30-45 seconds to melt butter. TIP: Cover bowl with a paper towel or paper plate for easy cleanup in case butter splatters.
Optional: Line the basket with air fryer parchment paper for easier cleanup. Please note that the liner must be fully secured, as these liners can fly up into the burner, which is dangerous. See our air fryer safety guidelines.
Place peach halves cut side up in air fryer basket in a single layer.
Spoon melted butter mixture into peach pits and brush some of the mixture on top of each peach.
Air fry on 350°F for 10 minutes until the peaches are soft and topping is bubbly.
Use tongs to carefully remove from air fryer.
Top with vanilla ice cream and candied pecans, and enjoy!

Notes
Peaches are done when they are tender enough to cut with a spoon.
If you prefer to serve without the skin, allow the peaches to cool slightly and remove the skin before serving.
Be sure to use parchment paper made for the air fryer, as it has holes in it and allows for the air to flow around the food. Please note, however, that air fryer parchment paper can be dangerous if not properly secured underneath the peaches. Only use it if you're comfortable.
Cut the peaches in half and take out the pits. You don't need to peel them! The skins will get soft when you bake the peaches in the oven. Plus, peach skins have vitamins, so keeping them on makes them even healthier and tastier (source).
Use an air fryer parchment paper liner for easier clean up.
Immediately soak air fryer basket in hot soapy water for easier cleanup. See our guide on How to Clean an Air Fryer, How Often, and Why for full details.
Cook time may vary depending on your specific air fryer model. As always, use the cook time as a guide until you are more comfortable with your specific brand of air fryer.
If cooking in multiple batches, be sure to check on the remaining batches early, as they may cook more quickly.
