Instructions
If your frozen dumplings come with a sauce packet, place it in a bowl of warm water to thaw, and set aside until ready to use.
Spray the air fryer basket with pure oil, such as avocado oil or olive oil.
Oil spray
Place frozen potstickers in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Give them enough room for air to circulate all around each dumpling.

Notes
Cook from frozen – do not thaw first.
Make sure to check the nutrition values of your brand of potstickers for an accurate reading.
Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if necessary. Air fried dumplings should be evenly spaced out in a single layer to allow airflow between each potsticker. If you overload the basket, they will stick together.
Coat both sides of the potstickers with oil to prevent the wrappers from drying out. After spraying one side, use tongs to turn them over and spray the opposite side so they are coated nicely.
Use an oil sprayer with your preferred oil. Do not use a pressurized cooking spray with additives as it can damage the non-stick surface of your air fryer. We prefer avocado oil, as it has a high smoke point and is a more wholesome oil than other kinds.
Total time may vary depending on your specific air fryer model and size. You may need to adjust the timing according to your model.
Recipe time and temperature is based on a cold air fryer. If cooking multiple batches, check on them early, as they will cook more quickly than the first batch.
Remember to set a timer if your air fryer does not remind you to turn halfway through cooking.
