Ingredients
  

  • 15.5 ounce chickpeas in a can
  • 1 Tablespoon avocado oil or oil of your choice
  • 1-2 teaspoons chili seasoning mix or seasoning of your choice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat air fryer to 400℉.
  • Drain 15.5 ounce chickpeas from a can. We use a colander to make this easy.
  • Rinse them and pat them dry. Pick out any small pieces and loose skins.
  • Place chickpeas in a medium bowl and toss with 1 Tablespoon avocado oil to coat the chickpeas.
  • Pour chickpeas into the air fryer basket and spread them into a single layer.
  • Air fry 15 minutes, shaking halfway through air frying. Chickpeas are done when they are crispy to your liking.
  • Carefully remove the chickpeas from the air fryer to a serving bowl. Immediately toss with 1-2 teaspoons chili seasoning mix. Enjoy!

Notes

Store leftover crispy chickpeas at room temperature in an open bowl or jar to keep them crispy. They are best enjoyed within 2 days, but will keep for up to a week. Avoid storing these in the fridge as they will lose their crispiness and become chewy.
