Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, toss broccoli florets with oil, garlic powder, kosher salt, and pepper to coat well.
1 head Broccoli, 2 Tablespoons light olive oil, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon pepper
Add 3 tablespoons of water to the bottom of the air fryer and preheat the air fryer to 400°F This creates a steamy environment to help the broccoli soften in the air fryer.

When the air fryer is preheated, add the seasoned broccoli to the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Air Fry at 400°F for 8 minutes, being sure to shake the basket halfway through the air frying time.
When broccoli is fork tender yet crispy and lightly browned, remove from the air fryer to a serving plate.
Drizzle with melted butter and top with Parmesan cheese if desired, serve, and enjoy!
