Wash and dry 2 Russet Potatoes, making sure that skin is really dry.
With a fork or sharp knife, pierce each potato 2 or 3 times.
Rub each potato with a little Oil (just enough to lightly coat) and Kosher salt generously.
Place potatoes in the air fryer basket. Don’t crowd the basket.
Air fry at 400℉ for 55-60 minutes until internal temperature reaches 208°-211°F. Air frying time can vary depending on the size of the potatoes, how many potatoes you are air frying together, and even the air fryer you use.
Pierce each potato with a fork 2-3 times lengthwise and crosswise. Press the potato inward at both ends and it will blossom.
Serve with your favorite toppings such as butter, salt, and pepper. Other options include: sour cream, chives, crumbled crispy bacon, and cheese. Enjoy!
